Most items ship with in 48 hours. We use UPS, FED EX and USPS. Generally your order will take 5 - 7 business days for delivery once it has left our facilities.
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Can not be used with any other discounts or coupons.
Return/Exchange Policy
We have a 30 day refund/exchange policy. Email us for a MRN at info@zadasdoghouse.com(Merchandise Return Number). If items are returned without a MRN you will not receive a refund.
Please return item(s) within 30 days at your expense by UPS or FED EX. You will want to be able to track your shipment to ensure it didn't get lost or damaged in getting back to us. Items must be unused and in original packaging also must be free of fur, please do not use newsprint to pack boxes with(the print will rub off onto the item(s)).
If you find that an item is defective, please let us know promptly by emailing us at info@zadasdoghouse.com and we'll get a refund or exchange taken care of and we'll give you credit for the return shipping.
Refunds take up to 10 days from the time we receive the item(s). Please save your self time and expense...if you're ordering a specific size, take the extra time to measure your dog, and order
the correct size. Zadasdoghouse.com reserves the right to change these policies without notice. |
